Billy Phipps is a NASM-certified nutrition coach and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified specialist who's lived the transformation journey himself. From college athlete to overcoming his own health crisis, Billy brings both professional expertise and real-life experience to every coaching relationship.

A Personal Journey of
Transformation

Billy's story isn't just about credentials – it's about walking the walk. Despite his athletic background, he found himself struggling with weight gain in his late 30s and early 40s. When his doctor delivered the sobering news of high cholesterol, clogged arteries, and pre-diabetes, Billy knew it was time for change. His CrossFit journey began, but the real transformation came when he discovered the crucial role of nutrition in fitness.

After experiencing his own remarkable transformation through structured nutrition coaching, Billy found his true calling. He immediately pursued his NASM certification and began coaching on the side while working as a car dealer buyer. His persistence in pursuing his passion – including a memorable cake delivery with the message "hire me as a SU coach and it will be a piece of cake!" – eventually landed him his dream role as a full-time nutrition coach.

Billy lives by the mantra: "If you want something you've never had, you have to do something you've never done" – words so meaningful to him that they're tattooed on his ribs. This philosophy perfectly encapsulates his approach to coaching: embracing change and pushing beyond comfort zones to achieve unprecedented results.

Where are your challenges?

What are the things that have contributed to failure in the past? Maybe you don’t like veggies, struggle on the weekends, or hate working out. Accounting for these personal pain points (hey, we all have them) will help design a path that’s right for you.

What do you love?

Are you someone who really, really enjoys breakfast? Or maybe no breakfast? Are tacos a staple? Your coach will help incorporate things you love into your program because it is so much easier to stick to a plan when you actually enjoy it.
