A: Nope! At Phipps Nutrition, we don't believe that carbs are the enemy. Billy uses a balanced approach that considers all macronutrients. Your coach will work with you to determine the right amount of carbs for your current weight, activity level, and goals. Some clients do well with higher carbs, others prefer moderate - it's personalized to YOU.

Q: What if I'm vegan/vegetarian/have dietary restrictions?
A: Billy works with all dietary preferences and restrictions! He'll calculate your macros and help you meet your protein goals using the foods that align with your lifestyle, whether that's plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free, or anything else.

Q: Are there any specific products you will sell me, like protein powders or supplements?
Nope! If you struggle to meet your protein goals, you might want to consider a protein supplement (shakes, bars, etc). Your coach can recommend specific varieties, but you’ll never be required to buy any powders or supplements to adhere to the program.
